What Happens During a Service

Call or WhatsApp to book. Most annual services are carried out in spring before the cooling season — though we service year-round. We confirm your appointment within the hour.

Indoor unit inspection and clean

Filters, evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate line inspected and cleaned. Dirty filters and coils are the most common cause of reduced performance.

Outdoor unit check

Condenser coil inspected and cleaned, fan operation verified, airflow checked, debris cleared. A blocked outdoor coil significantly reduces efficiency.

Refrigerant and F-Gas check

Refrigerant level checked. For systems over 3kg, F-Gas leak check carried out and recorded as required by law. We confirm results before any top-up or repair.

Electrical and controls test

All electrical connections checked, controls and sensors tested, thermostat accuracy verified. Both cooling and heating modes tested for correct operation.

Written service report
