Pricing FAQs
Our standard plumbing visit is £95 + VAT, which includes the first half hour on site, travel time, and admin costs. Many smaller plumbing and heating issues can be diagnosed — and often resolved — within this time.
After the initial 30 minutes, we charge £50 + VAT per additional half-hour spent on site during the same visit. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden charges.
Yes — for jobs that are likely to take longer or require more complex repairs, we will provide a fixed written quote after the initial diagnosis so there are no surprises.
No — all listed prices are labour only and exclude the cost of parts and materials, unless otherwise stated. We'll always discuss any required parts before proceeding.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added at the standard rate (currently 20%) to your final invoice.
