Who We Are
My name is Chaz Waters. I founded C A Waters Plumbing & Heating in 2022, bringing over 10 years of combined industry experience in plumbing and heating to the business, working across Hertfordshire and London from our base in Watford.
I started C A Waters because I saw too many homeowners let down by trades who didn't show up, didn't explain what they were doing, or charged more than the original quote. I wanted to build a business that genuinely treats people the way they deserve to be treated.
We work on everything from a dripping tap to a complete new heating system. Most of our work comes from referrals — customers who were happy enough to recommend us to their neighbours, friends, and family. That's the best measure of quality we know.
